If you prefer to meet online, sessions take place through a secure video platform designed to protect your privacy. Everything shared in an online session is treated with the same level of confidentiality as an in‑person appointment.
Many people choose online therapy because it allows them to talk from a space where they already feel comfortable - at home, in a quiet room, or wherever feels right. As long as you have a private space and a stable internet connection, online sessions can offer the same sense of connection, support, and steady pace as meeting in person.
